"I am a content writer and I am occupied with my system most of the time. Having said that I need to have a good back up for untoward system crashes. I keep trying all freeware available for back up of my data. And, when I had to reload my Windows Vista yesterday after reformat of the hard disk I tried the freeware, Backup Next software 2.3 version. First off, the backup worked good if not super fast. It's no big deal, 60% of the backup softwares are good enough with regard to speed. But I liked especially the feature that is with this software. It offers regular backup by itself. So I don't have to keep doing manually and I believe it's going to take care of my important documents. The upload of data to a desired site from my system is another nice feature I liked in this software; via the FTP I took a back up of my data on to my site and password protected it. It's very helpful indeed."

"I began thinking about data backups after one of my harddisk crashed and all data were gone. I've learnt my lesson well and now I don't worry about Harddisk crashes/virus etc as I have started using the best and reliable data backup software - "backup next". The software is very slim and sleek (only 646.6kb to download) It's easy to use and has a very nice user friendly interface. The best part is it allows the backup with FTP too. I would recommend everyone to use backup next as it is simply the best..."

"Recently my recovery disc also got damaged. So, I was in search for a good back up software and I finally found one, BackupNext version 2.3. I like this software because it is user friendly and it also helps me in creating backup of my backup (provide online backup of data to my FTP). Also, I liked the two backup facilities: scheduled and incremental backup. The most important thing is that it costs only $14.95 and hence really worthy for the money."

"BackupNext was overall a good experience for me. It has a small file size and a good and simple installation. I faced no problem installing the application. It was as easy as pressing buttons. Now, when I run the application I was quite confused... as what to do now? But, fortunately, I found a help tab in the application and it made my work easy. So, I just added some files and saved the settings as a .bns file extension. Actually doing this was damn simple... after reading the help file. The output tab also has good options. It was easy for me to get the output file. Especially I liked the use of tokens. It was something unique and appreciating for me. Another good feature I noticed in the application is a direct option to upload the backup online to an FTP server. The only thing I not liked is the appearance. It should be improved a bit and should be made more user-friendly. Especially, when people runs the application for first time, they should be firstly explained on how to use the application, a kind of short note on using it perfectly would be good to have. That's it. Overall, I had a good experience."

"Hey! Nice software. It's good enough, easy to use, simple to handle and useful for taking backups. I tested it a bit. My comp is usually slow and my things keep hanging. I tried this software. It was useful for taking backup and hence I didn't lose any data or info. (I was lucky. I was in the middle of a project). The ftp is a great idea indeed, but only one thing I don't like it: loads slowly or maybe it's my computer? My rating would be 8/10! Congrats on this software!"

"Backup Next is very essential software for a pc. I lost many important files before the use of this software but now I have got one of the best back up software's available in market. Its small size makes it easy to use. It is loaded with many cool features to make it the best. It has automatic scheduled backup system which saves the file automatically as scheduled by the user."
